Entry Requirement
The crystallization of the future corporate governance models requires the development of directors with critical OD and Change Management skills. This is in view of the ensuing challenges of fragmentation, instability, and diversity. The need for strategic thinking and strategic leadership in organization development and economic transformation cannot be overemphasized. Organizational effectiveness is a product of renewed thinking among those at the higher echelons of an organization. The building of successful organizations requires that organizations identify and focus on factors critical to all its stakeholders, and fosters judicious and strategic use of organizational resources. The Director Development Professional Certification seeks to facilitate cumulative insight that fosters innovation and coherence among corporate directors and emerging leaders.
Successful completion of a CILG Diploma in Leadership and Governance or any recognized Diploma in relevant discipline plus 5 Year post qualification experience in a relevant field. Holders of Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in other courses with a Minimum of 7 years qualification experience can apply.
